Quick Steps (No Scale Needed!)

1. Measure the Water: Pour one demitasse cup of water per serving into the cezve.

2. Heat the Water: Place the cezve on medium heat and bring the water to just below boiling.

3. Add Coffee: Once the water is hot, add one heaping teaspoon of finely ground 1st Method Turkish coffee per cup into the cezve. Stir gently to mix.

4.Bloom the Coffee: As the coffee begins to bloom and foam starts to rise, remove the cezve from the heat.

5. Pour and Settle: Once the foam is thick, pour the coffee into cups. Let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the grounds to settle.

Sip. Savor. Repeat.
